Callers have problems with... relationships jobs and finances grief and loss loneliness stress depression and suicidal feelings sexuality physical and emotional health alcohol and drugs
Callers want to... talk with someone anonymously and in confidence express their feelings feel acknowledged and supported know someone cares about them
